Onsite support

Onsite support – Clients calls in reporting problem (via email, logging a case number) based on clients requirements a replacement terminal can be setup and technician dispatched to merchant, faulty terminal will be replaced, (cashiers, ect setup with merchant). Faulty terminal can be repaired by our skilled technicians, or terminal can be sent back to client. Full reports are offered to clients (case number, case details, merchant details, ect).

After-hours support

After-hours support – Technical support is offered between 17:00 till 08:00 depending on clients requirements up to 5 lines can be made available (if one line is busy call will automatically be diverted to an available line).

Office-hours Support

Office-hours support – Technical support is offered between 12:00 till 17:00, after 17:00 after-hours support will begin.

Application testing

Application testing – New and updated application testing and debugging can be done by us. Applications can be tested in pre-production and live, depending on client’s requirements. Application testing includes multiple card testing (based on client bin list), sales, reversals, batch uploads, cashier setups, log reports, cash-ups (reconciliations), batch reports, cashier reports, ect.

Terminal repairs

Terminal repairs – Terminals are sent to our repair centre daily, where terminal hardware and keys are tested. Terminals are repaired, software and keys can be loaded. A full report (terminal information, software versions, faults, work done, ect), will be sent to the client. 3 month workmanship guaranty will be given.

Merchant training

Merchant training – New terminals installations can be done by our technicians, this entails technician going to client and training client on the device and application.

Software loading

Software loading – Loading of software on new terminals can be done.

Key-loading

Key-loading – Loading of keys from a key management terminal can be done.
